The rotary flash dryer adopts bearing induction cooling method (water cooling), with the oil pump equipped to cool the bearings. The sealing device performs superbly and the motor runs stably with low noise level, thus resulting in a 10 times longer service life than other industrial dryers.
- Multiple feeding devices are available for your selection and continuous and steady feeding can be achieved during the processing process.
- Specialized cooling equipment is installed at the bottom of the rotary flash dryer, so as to avoid the deterioration of materials in the high temperature area at the bottom.
- The air sealing device and bearing cooling system can effectively provide longer service life of the transmission part and other. Because of lower mechanical vibrations, less noise and longer operational life, it is absolutely a good choice.
- Drying chamber with classifier is offered, which can significantly reduce the resistance of this equipment.
- Compared with other drying methods, the rotary flash dryer is suitable for maintaining an economical drying process.
- A higher circumferential velocity within the drying chamber and shorter residence time of materials can effectively prevent materials from sticking to the inner wall and deterioration of heat sensitive materials.
