Features
- Flange and beam body: Made of high-strength aluminum alloy material, low-pressure centrifugal forged and heat-treated, having advantages of high strength and good metal ductility.
- Welding: High-precision welding is performed using inert gas argon by an automatic welding robot, featuring high tensile strength, no cracking, and no deformation.
- Surface treatment: Hard oxide treatment is carried out to form an oxide film with a thickness ≥66um, offering corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and scratch resistance.
- Testing: Dynamic balance testing is performed to ensure concentricity and stability during beam warping without shaking.
