650nm Red Light Source Coaxial Pigtailed Laser Diode

The 650nm red light source coaxial pigtailed laser diode produce redlaser with the wavelength between 630nm to 660nm and the spectral width is 5nm.It adopts MQW FP laser diode and features in low threshold current. Under thetemperature of -10℃to 65℃, ourproduct produces high output power of 1mW to 10mW. Also, the operating current rangesbetween 25mA to 120mA and the voltage varies from 2.2V to 2.6V.

As a pigtailed component, our coaxial pigtailed laser diode offers all kinds ofconnections like FC, SC and ST so it can easily be connected in the circuit. Inaddition, it can be used in the laser pointer, aligning and measuring equipmentand other read-only optical information storage system like bar code wand.
