The 635nm-980nm red laser module has six models whose center wavelength rangebetween 635nm to 980nm. Our product works properly under the temperaturebetween -40℃ to 85 ℃.It also has low threshold current as well as the low operating voltage underthe working conditions. The spectrum width of the produced laser is about 2nmto 3nm. Besides, it has high stability as the spectral shift is 0.1nm/℃

With coaxial packaging, the red laser module features small size, simplestructure and low cost. It can produce different laser from red to infrared.Provided with PD laser detection device, our laser module can detect thebacklight intensity and feed back to laser diode in order to improve thestability while producing laser. In addition, TE waveguide model enables highvertical resolution.
