Function

The wood grain printing machine can print a decorative wood grain pattern onto the substrate. The wood grain printer can bring customers more profits.
XMF offers single color wood grain printing machine, three color wood grain printer and three side wood grain printing system. A customization service is also provided according to the pattern, substrate size and style you need. Up to 4 print color and 4 print sides can be set. Various pattern rolls can also be customized by XMF.

Application

The wood grain printing machine is suitable for the flat printing or multi-surface printing of the irregular-shaped materials. The compatible materials include wood, synthetic board, plastic and etc.

Features

The wood grain printing machine is controlled by servo motor to create uniform printing effect and vivid wood grain pattern.
12 mm-thick heavy duty welded steel frame reduces the vibration during operation, enhances the machine stability and assures the clear printing effect.
3MM PVC anti-corrosion and antiskid conveyor belt provides longer service life.
The applicator roll is the special roll for PU which provides clearer printing performance.
Every wood grain printing equipment is configured with a paint recycling system which can 100% recycle and reuse the coating fluid to highly save production cost.

Working principle

The engraved pattern roll is applied with coating fluid. After the coating fluid permeating the pattern roll, the doctor blade will wipe off the remaining fluid on the surface of pattern roll. When the pattern roll contacting the applicator roll, the pattern will be transferred to the surface of the applicator roll. Eventually the pattern will be printed to the surface of the substrate through contact between applicator roll and substrate.
