PP/PE Double Step Granulating Line
This 2-step granulation line consists of the primary extruder with force-feed system, secondary single-screw extruder, vacuum pump for ventilation, screen changer, and thepelletizer. A popular use of the 2-step granulation process is in recycling foam boards and plastic films with high water content, where our granulation equipment ensures good extrusion quality and high degree of consistency in finished pellets.
Raw plastics suited for the processing include PE, EVA, PVC wasted film, ABS, and PP. Another typical application is in the palletizing of nylon and POM crush. Two extruders mean double-filtration, which effectively filters out impurities and allows for complete volatile removal. The resultant extrudate can be uniformly plasticized with solid particles and a shiny look.
