This catheter extrusion line uses an ST-45×25 extruder for efficient extrusion of catheter from PP, PE, PU, and PVC resins. Both the extruder and marking machine adopt the variable frequency drive to ensure the speed at which extrusion is done stays consistent.

High extrusion precision is also a major benefit of this catheter extrusion line for its end users with diameter tolerance up to ±0.05mm. With this catheter production line, a variety of tubes can be produced including the single-piece tube with or without colored marks, paired tube of equal or different diameters with or without colored marks, PVC hose, PP hose, and PE hose. They are widely used for medical (catheter), industrial (hose), and beverage (straw) applications.

Features
1. Made of high-strength 38CrMoALA or quenched 9Cr18MOV, the extrusion barrel uses an imported motor drive that is purchased from either Japan Fuji or YASKAWA.
2. The control of water level and water temperature in the cooling water tank is automated with high precision. The temperature controller is of Japan RKC brands, delivering a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C .
3. The take-up machine uses two reels onto which finished tubes are wound. Other desirable features on this winding machine include the torque motor, tension control and automatic length measuring machine.
4. The belt haul-off uses belts, variable frequency drive, and compression rollers to control speed.
