The condenser and evaporator are made of 316 stainless steel plate heat exchangers to increase the cooling efficiency by 30%.
An SUS304 stainless steel water tank, piping and pump have an excellent resistance to corrosion and pressure, an excellent durability and an outstanding stability.
The microprocessor-based control system will automatically control and monitor the machine operations with an excellent stability, high precision and low failure rate.
Alarms and protections for refrigerant over high or over low pressure, compressor motor overload, abnormal refrigeration, abnormal temperature of cooling medium, temperature probe disconnection, phase reversal or loss, and more.
Durable high-pressure and large-flow stainless steel magnetic pumps are used to offer a uniform molding temperature, increase piping cleanliness, and improve production stability.
