Angular Contact Ball Bearings

1. The angular contact ball bearing is added with rolling elements by thermal expansion of an outer ring. It gives a larger number of balls than a deep groove ball bearing of the same size. Therefore, its rated load becomes higher.
2. This product is able to bear radial load and high axial load in one direction simultaneously. It is available in multiple choices such as 15°, 25°, 30°, and 40°. Its axial load capacity increases with contact angle.
3. The contact angle of 15 degrees is ideal for use in the angular contact ball bearing at high speed. A P4-class ultra-high precision bearing with contact angle of 15 degrees usually serves as a spindle bearing which integrates a motor with a spindle.
4. Our angular contact ball bearings are applicable to precision-machined grinder spindles. A range of angles from 25 degrees to 40 degrees is commonly used in drillers and millers, etc. For high-speed applications, the appropriate load and lubrication conditions help raise the service life of our product.
