LLDPE Single Layer/Multi Layer Stretch Film Machine
This stretch film machine uses different combinations of LLDPE resins to produce stretch films with either one-sided or two-sided cling. The resultant stretch film sticks to itself easily, has less of a chance to puncture, and is quite impact-resistant. These characteristics make the film ideally suitable for use as the packaging material as it can wrap tightly around the stacked goods to prevent them from collapsing during transportation.
The stretch film also offers a dust barrier with glass-like clarity, and is easily stretched when needed. Therefore, it make better economical sense to use stretch films than shrink wraps for packing bulk goods which are then put on a pallet and shipped in a container.

1. Made of 38CrNoALA, the extrusion screw in this stretch film extrusion line has undergone nitirding and finish machining to obtain a case hardened surface and increased durability.
2. Automatic temperature control system.
3. The T-shaped extrusion die comes with multiple lip adjustments to ensure more uniform film thickness.
4. Effective cooling is achieved by using circulating water.
5. Variable-frequency control enables stable, efficient operation with low energy consumption.
6. Automatic roll changer, coupled with edge slitter and scrap material winder, ensures exceptionally flat, thin film production.
