Introduction

Compared to a traditional yarn winding machine that uses a groove drum yarn guide, the AW22 precision assembly winding machine uses electronic yarn guide technology. This equipment is used for close-knit winding of short fibers such as cotton and wool, or cotton, wool, and spandex. It also features an excellent reversal during the twisting process.

Features
  • The AW22 precision assembly winding machine uses electronic yarn guide technology, which carries out precision and digital winding. This allows it to be used to produce precise packaging to satisfy different packaging requirements. For example, the yarn winding density on the bobbin is at its maximum, or the yarn winding length is limited at its maximum volume.
  • The winding machine functions are managed on the control terminal installed inside the control box on the machine head. The bobbin's craft parameters are set via the control terminal. The terminal also carries out real time monitoring and data statistics during the production.
  • The spindles can be set integrally and operated independently, allowing users to carry out simultaneous processing of different yarn types with a single, flexible operation machine.
  • The winding machine features a length control and diameter testing device, thus allowing it to carry out winding length and roll diameter testing. It can also achieve an auto stop at a fixed length or diameter.
  • The starting point of the guide unit can be set according to customer requirements.
  • Optional configuration: air suction cleaning device (power of the device is 1.1KW); oiling and waxing sealing device; air splicer; electronic yarn cleaner. You can also choose a spandex assemble winding machine during the processing of short fiber.
