Film Laminating Machine for Plastics
LANGYI's film laminating machine is specially designed for applying films to plates. Roll lamination is commonly used to laminate films to PVC sill board, plastic home panel, wood flooring, medium-density board, plywood, and the foam board. The resultant laminates are ideal for decorating the interior of hotel, restaurant, office, home, and ships.
Features
1. With a proper level of hardness, the large rubber roller gives uniform pressure to force together the laminated layers. Smooth roller surface makes sure there are neither air spaces nor crumples on the laminate surface.
2. Users can choose to laminate either one side or both sides at a time.
3. The motor comes with a speed reducer as well as the variable frequency drive for stepless speed control.
4. If for any reason your film laminating machine gets jammed, the reverse function is available for backing out the products for re-adjustment or clearing jams.
5. Laminating pressure is adjusted via increasing or decreasing the air pressure. A wide range of laminate thickness is available, from 2mm to 30mm.
6. Release liner is automatically wound up once the lamination is completed.
7. Magnetic particle brake provides precise tension control. The brake also makes it easier to increase tension.
8. Protection panels are added to both inlet and outlet ends of the laminator for increased safety and film application efficiency.
