Chemical Injection Package (For Circulating Water Treatment)
Industries use circulating water for a variety of reasons but primarily for cooling purposes. This water however, must be treated in order to prevent the pipes and components from corroding and leaking. Our chemical dosing package is used to inject chemicals to inhibit corrosive contaminants as well as disinfect the water.
Depending on the type of chemical agents that need to be added to circulating water, we can supply this chemical dosing package in one of two types: either the corrosion inhibitor dosing system or the disinfectant dosing system.
Components of Chemical Dosing Package
Dosing tank, mixer, metering pump, liquid level gauge, safety valve, pressure gauge, pulsation dampener, convector, valves of various kinds, motor base, handrails, electrical control, pipes and fittings.
Designed especially for adding corrosion inhibitors or disinfectants to circulating water, this chemical dosing package provides two control modes: automatic and manual.
Automatic Control Mode Explained
Once set on automatic control, the Depamu chemical dosing package is capable of sending signals indicative of flow rate, PH, and electrical conductivity to the PLC, host computer, or DCS. Based on these real-time data, the central control system then tells the pump to adjust its rotary speed and piston stroke.

Note that any signal indicating the operating status or faults of metering pumps and mixers can be sent to the remote host computer or DCS which in turn controls the pump to stop or start. The electrical enclosure can be controlled in three ways: automatic, semi-automatic, and manual. Dosing tanks can be made of 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, glass reinforced plastic, PE, PP, and PVC.
