Pipe Welding Rotator
Pipe welding rotator is a kind of device which is used to rotate cylindrical welded parts with the help of friction between welded parts and the driving rolls. There are two kinds of pipe welding rotators, namely conventional type and self aligning type.
Conventional type product can change pivot angles of rolls according to workpiece diameters and excellent design ensures great performance. There are many kinds of conventional types such as YZG-5 and YZG-500. YZG-5 has a load capacity of 5 ton and the motor power is only 0.75kw. YZG-500 has a load capacity of 500 ton and the motor power is 15kw. Rubber wheels can be used if the load capacity is small and metal wheels can be used on large load capacity machines.
Conventional pipe welding rotator is controlled by AC frequency speed regulation technology and the distance of rollers can be adjusted by hand, making welding more convenient. And we also provide many other kinds of the product to fulfill the requirements of customers.
