Cutting Machine
Our cutting equipment consists of flame type, CNC flame type and CNC plasma cutting machine. Flame type is a good steel cutting machine which can cut 12500m long, 4200mm wide, 100mm thick steel plate, and the maximum cutting speed can be 1m/min. And multi flames can be used to cut steel plate simultaneously, thus preventing steel deformation due to unbalanced heating.
Our CNC cutting equipment is equipped with advanced servo system and cutting system, lead screw, roll and air pipe have been carefully designed to ensure high quality. And the cutting accuracy is less than0.5mm. Several types of CNC cutter including YCZN-4000, YCZN-4500, YCZN-6000 are available. They have different dimensions and are equipped with different cutting equipment. And the maximum cutting width of YZCN-4000 and YCZN-6000 is 3200mm and 5200mm respectively.
