1. Customer
Please provide us with the 2D and 3D drawings or samples of your required mold and custom molded parts. Also, please remember to indicate the product quantity, specific material and the requested surface finish for your custom molded parts.

2. Our Quotation
We will quote within 24 hours according to your provided information.

3. Order Confirmation
If you confirm our quotation, please send PO (Purchase Order) to us and then we will offer you the PI (Proforma Invoice).

4. Mold Design
We offer the service of mold design according to your drawings or samples, which normally takes 5-7 days.

5. Confirmation on Mold Design
The mold design will be sent to customers and confirmed.

6. Mold Production
We will arrange for the mold production after the mold design is confirmed.

7. Mold Test
We will test the mold within the stipulated time of the contract. Then, the mold sample will be sent to customers via courier service of DHL, UPS or FEDEX. Customers can conduct assembly and other tests on the mold sample. Alternatively, customers are welcome to visit our factory and involve in the sample test. We are delighted to listen to you and make adjustment as soon as possible.

8. Mold Adjustment
If the first sample needs to be adjusted, we will immediately arrange professionals to adjust the mold according to your requirement.

9. Confirmation on Batch Order
If the sample test is passed, please confirm your batch order to us.

10. Production
We will make raw material procurement and arrange for the mass production of injection molding or die casting parts.

11. Assembly and Packaging
After the production is completed, we will assemble and pack the products according to your requirement.

12. Quality Inspection
Our Quality Control Department will carry out strict inspection to ensure all of our molding supplies shipped to you meet your expectation.

13. Shipment Notification
The packing list will be provided for you to arrange the transport. The general transport is air transport or sea transport.

14. Export Declaration
Having the proprietary right of import and export, we are eligible for arranging the export declaration and other related matters.

15. Provision of Export Documents
After the goods are exported, we will provide you with the corresponding export invoice, material report and the certificate of origin.

16. After-sales Service
As soon as you receive the molded products, our business personnel will contact you to confirm that whether you are satisfied with our goods. If there is complaint on the product’s quality, we will send our related personnel to solve the problem without delay.
