We have a fully automated saw bench, semi-automated saw bench, CNC machinery, straightening machinery, etc. We have all of the capabilities to meet your processing demands, thus meeting the requirements laid out in your design drawings.
Aluminum profiles that have just been extruded will be cut into the rough length which meets the basic dimensional demands.
Aged aluminum extrusions will be sent to the saw bench for detailed modification according to the design plan, ensuring proper dimensions and specifications, a clean finishing surface and clear cross section.
