Carbide Cross Cut Bit
The carbide cross cut bit produced by XINLE uses super coarse grain YG11C, increasing the hardness and fracture toughness to 30% through a compression sintering process.
The carbide cross cut bit is a sharp wedged bit, which can increase penetrating efficiency, and the advantage becomes apparent when drilling into harder rocks or the rock drill is underpowered. The blade of the carbide cross cut bit has strong shock resistance ability which can stand pressure with the front attack.
The carbide cross cut bit has simple manufacturing technology, better working properties, and is adaptable to the characteristics of different rocks.
The carbide cross cut bit is widely used in coal mining, oilfield exploitation, quarries drilling, tunnel construction drilling, highway construction drilling, metal mines drilling and the excavation of other projects.
The carbide cross cut bit is divided into two series: Taper connection and threaded connection. Taper connection is applicable to smaller diameter of the bit, and the threaded connection is usually applicable to larger bit diameters.
