Development Services
Our development services are designed to provide customers with more powerful automotive lighting products. Developments are based on our experience and core technology. For different daytime running lights, we have developed a variety of drives. Below, we list a few samples.

We have produced drives that automatically start when the vehicle does.
After extensive study, we made a careful analysis of the voltage differences between when a vehicle starts and stops. By cooperating with Osram and their DRL program, we created a new DRL drive that will automatically start with the vehicle. Its reliability rivals that of conventional ignition wire drives. It has several notable features, which are listed below.

a. The small switch in the panel allows operators to choose the start-up mode: either upon receiving the ignition signal, or an automatic start up.
b. The batter is highly reliable and is connected to an automatic start program, which correctly determines whether the car is starting or stopping.
c. Its small size makes installation easy, as it is only 67 mm x 31 mm.
d. It also has a super drive capability. A single drive can directly drive 6-16 white LED string lights, with a 350mA current.
e. The operating temperature range is -45 to 85 degrees.

We have also produced a drive that controls both DRLs and turning lights.
For some cars, the daytime running light and the turning lights have to be housed together, and both light sources are LED. An example of this is the Volkswagen CC. To fix that, we developed a drive that can control both the left and right daytime running lights as well as the turning signals. When the vehicle starts, the DRL is on. When the small light is on, the DRL will become dimmer. When the turning signal is on, the DRL for that side will also become dim. When the turning signals on both sides flash simultaneously, as hazard lights, both DRLs will become dim. When the turning signal is off, the DRL will automatically brighten again. The drive has several notable features.

a. It has a high level of integration. The drive controls both the daytime running lights and the turn signals. Its size is only 80mm x 55m.
b. The drive features a constant current control mode for all LEDs, and the drive efficiency is up to 92%.
c. With a high drive capability, each channel can drive a 350mA current.
d. The operating range is -40 to 85 degrees.

High Input Voltage Drive
This drive can adapt to higher battery input voltage (24V) such as those in diesel-fueled busses. It can control both the DRL and the turning signals. When the vehicle starts, the DRL will be on. When the turning signal is on, the DRL will be dimmer. When the turning signal is turned off, the DRL will brighten again. The drive also has the following features.

a. The drive is developed from a 12 batter DRL drive. For uses under 24V voltages, it has an enhanced surge protection.
b. The drive input voltage range has been upgraded, so the drive can work at 36V input voltage.
c. It features a constant current drive control for daytime running lights and turning signals.
d. The size is 40 mm x 50mm
e. Its operating temperature range is -40 to 85 degrees.
