Special Vehicle
Recent years has seen an increasing popularity of special vehicles in wide-ranging industries, which leads to a strong growth in both domestic and international vehicle markets. Special vehicles, including the railway motor car, road maintenance car, fire engine, dump truck, and hydraulic aerial cage, are often hydraulically controlled. This almost necessitates the use of the hydraulic cylinder.
Unique to our hydraulic cylinder is the painting we have used on the surface of the cylinder barrel and piston rod. The variety of paintings as well as their suitable coating conditions is listed in the table below.

Please note
1. The hydraulic cylinder surface to be coated must have a temperature of more than 5 °C
2. Do not perform painting outdoors during windy, snowy, or rainy days or when there is moisture condensation on the surface.
3. Do not carry out painting when the surface temperature is below 3°C.
4. If the surface has been exposed to direct sunlight and its temperature is more than 40°C, please stop painting operation.
5. If there are foreign matters splattering on the surface during its curing, stop the painting process immediately.
6. Do not carry out coating operation when segregation occurs in the coating mixture.
The coating process can be done in one of two ways, either brush coating or high pressure airless spray painting. Both processes would be carried out by our professional painters that have related qualification and in strict accordance with national standards concerning painting.
