Currently, the employees include 80 people. The annual production capacity is 150 sets of induction H.T. machines. In 2012, the sales reached 8,200,000 USD.
Wuhan Heatking Electrical & Thermal Equipment Co., Ltd.
Founded in 2009, Wuhan Heatking is located in Hanyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 105,000 square meters. Now Heatking has been proficient in the manufacture of universal induction heating machines and super large CNC induction hardening machine tools. The company has 120 employees. The annual production capacity is 300 sets of equipment.
Shanghai Heatking Commercial Heat Treatment Co., Ltd.
Founded in 2007 in Shanghai Baoshan District, the company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Heatking Group. Also, it is an executive director member of China (Shanghai) Heat Treatment Association. The company is specialized in commercial H.T. and trial processing. It covers an area of 2800 m2, and has 52 employees. The equipment include 16 sets of various high- and medium-frequency induction heating equipment, 4 controllable atmosphere multi-purpose furnaces, various heat treatment auxiliary equipment and perfect test equipment.
Shanghai KOAL Auto Accessories Co., Ltd.
Shanghai KOAL Auto Accessories is a joint venture of Heatking and KOAL, who is ZF’s supplier. In August 2013, the company was established in Jiading District, Shanghai. The company is equipped with self-made automatic induction Q.& T. bar production lines. The annual output of vehicle-specific processing rack bar is 50,000 tons. The company covers an area of 3,000 square meters, with 15 employees.
