Frequency Inverter for Straight Wire Drawing Machine
Our frequency inverter can be used on straight wire drawing machines to achieve the following effect:
1. The pre-link and forward link both have PI calculation functions (including the spool take-up wire drawing machine). There will be enough tension when threading, without the need for a single point adjustment.
2. Unique treatment is performed to avoid the system shock caused by point disturbance. Either at low or high speed, the swing arm remains fairly stable.
3. All the parameters are set through the touch screen in the way of RS485 communication. The commissioning is extremely convenient.
4. Automatic shut down can be set according to the weight of the material.
5. Hopping mode, parameters monitoring, alarm history are implemented and monitored through the man-machine interface.
6. No line breakage at high-speed emergency stop.
