Application

The BLK10kg laboratory freeze dryer's capacity is 10 kg, with an effective freeze drying area of 1m². It is applicable to the freeze drying of vegetables, flowers, medicines, bio-products, chemicals and liquids.

When the BLK10kg laboratory freeze dryer is used on an experimental or small scale application, we will customize the capacity and configurations of the freeze drying equipment.

Compressor: compressor brands are primarily BOCK (Germany), FRASCOLD (Italy), and KOBELCO (Japan), each of which has an excellent freeze performance and reliability.

Vacuum pump: vacuum pump brands are primarily TUTHILL KINNEY (USA), LEYBOLD, and ULVAC (Japan), each of which has an excellent accuracy and vacuum effect.

SIEMENS, Schneider electrical components and PLC automatic control are used. All are controlled by a touch screen or computer, and are easy to operate.
All devices can be controlled manually and automatically on screen.
Display, store and viewing of a variety of temperatures, vacuum degree and corresponding curves, all simultaneously.
