Application

The BLK50kg lyophilization freeze dryer's capacity is 50kg with an effective freeze drying area of 5m². It is applicable to the freeze drying of flowers, medicines, vegetables, fruits, bio-products, chemical materials and liquid food.

We can customize the capacity and configurations of the freeze drying equipment based on customer's freeze drying requirements.

Compressor: compressor brands are primarily BOCK (Germany), FRASCOLD (Italy), and KOBELCO (Japan), each of which has an excellent freeze performance and reliability.

Vacuum pump: vacuum pump brands are primarily TUTHILL KINNEY (USA), LEYBOLD, and ULVAC (Japan), each of which has an excellent accuracy and vacuum effect.

SIEMENS, Schneider electrical components and PLC automatic control are used. All are controlled by a touch screen or computer, and are easy to operate.
All devices can be controlled manually and automatically on screen.
Display, store and viewing of a variety of temperatures, vacuum degree and corresponding curves, all simultaneously.
