40-60KW 80KW Installation
- Cut the insulation cotton according to the workpiece diameter;
- Wrap the insulation cotton around the workpiece and tighten it using high temperature wire, the thickness of insulation cotton should be within a range of 20-25mm;
- Wind the induction heating coil around the insulation cotton wrapped workpiece;
- When 2 sets of coils are required to be wound on the same workpiece, the optimal spacing in between is more than150mm to prevent interference;
- Two ends of coil are crimped with wire terminals and then connected to the outputs L1 and L2 of induction heating power supply.
