Description
The hydraulic C frame press is a type of universal press used for sheet metal machining, suitable for sheet metal shearing, punching, blanking, bending and shallow drawing operations.

The C frame hydraulic press is designed with a hydraulic protector featuring a higher safety level. Besides, the complete press machine is also equipped with two-hand operation buttons that can realize continuous, single and micro-inching operations.

Features of C frame press

Highly sensitive and reliable hydraulic overload protector. Once the sheet metal machine tool is overloaded, the protector will immediately relieve pressure, stop the movement of slide, and send out an electrical signal to protect the equipment and mold from damage. After overloading, it can automatically reset reducing shutdown time and improving the working efficiency of the hydraulic press.
The use of the pneumatic balance system running reduces secondary impact to improve the dynamic precision of the press.
Japanese AZBIL (TACO) dual safety solenoid valve is employed to guarantee the security and reliability of clutch operation.
Pneumatic components (filter regulator combination units, pressure regulating valve) are from SMC products.
The electrical control adopts Omron PLC for centralized control, which effectively ensures the reliability of the electrical control part.
Designed with integrated control panel including electronic cam and LED indicator light, the C frame press can realize multiple monitoring and signal indication.
