JW-A for Mixed Ingredients (16 heads, 24 heads; 10-1000g, 12-1000g; 0.5L, 1.6L)
The new memory series multihead weigher is equipped with memory hoppers. After the products run through the pool and weighing buckets, they are stored in the memory hoppers until the multihead weigher has calculated the final package weight. Then the products in the memory buckets are released to the packing machine.
The additional level of memory buckets can enhance the production efficiency by continuous weighing and the buckets on the new memory series multihead weigher operate without springs operating the hopper doors. This eliminates the chance of broken springs dropping into packing machines, therefor it requires less maintenance and provides longer durability.
New memory series multihead weigher is widely used for granular and irregular shaped products like dried foods, pet foods, candies, rice, hardware, etc.
