1. Roll Coiler Machine (Horizontal)
Features of the 1-roll coiler include:
Rigid frame, follow up roll, feed rolls, oil bath gearbox drive,
entry guide system with pneumatic clutch, and horizontal coiling configurations
2. Expander & Cutting
- An operator will manually load a ring coiler onto the tooling.
- The operator will press palm buttons to start the expanding and cutting cycle.
- The ring coiler will be cut to single ring.
- The operator will manually unload the rings from the tooling.

4. Trimmer
This slag planer uses a hydraulic oil cylinder to apply force for slag planning with a simple structure and stable working conditions. The planer tool’s position is easily adjustable, and the single cylinder clamping is equipped with a tin bronze guide rail, and multi-point automatic lubrication, while the coil iron filing control is equipped with a slag chip removal mechanism, and quick-change tool holder mechanism.
