- The moving platen rises rapidly, clamps slowly and declines quickly. Fast-to-slow mould closing and fast-to-slow breathing can be adjusted respectively.
- The hydraulic system adopts dual pump dual proportional control and uses high pressure gear pump. The oil circuit configuration is reasonable and reliable. During product molding process, the oil pump motor stops working. It also has automatic pressure compensation function and pump stop-delay function.
- The electrical system adopts the computer (CS210) for vulcanizing machine, making it possible to achieve convenient, accurate and reliable control.
- Two operating modes: manual mode and semi-automatic mode.
