A rubber preforming system is a rubber processing technology that shapes rubber materials into preliminary forms under specific temperature and pressure. This is done to facilitate subsequent processes such as moulding and vulcanization more efficiently.

We offer several rubber machinery for rubber preforming, including precision preformers, ram extruders, cold feeding preformers, cold feeding gear pump preformers, precision extrusion machines, cold feed rubber extruders, hot feed extruders, and more.

Rubber preformers and extruders can process various types of rubber, including rubber compounds for rubber parts, rubber molded components, rubber seals, and rubber shoe soles in batch production.

Rubber preformers and extruders can be generally divided into Hot Feed Extruders (HFE) and Cold Feed Extruders (CFE).

In hot feed extrusion, the rubber strips fed into the machine must be preheated and plasticized on a rubber mill before processing.
In cold feed extrusion, the rubber strips do not require preheating and can be fed into the extruder at room temperature
