Microcomputer Controlled Pendulum Impact Testing Machine
Impact tester for defining the impact strength of metals and plastics
Applications
Widely used across sectors like construction, machinery, energy, transportation, metallurgy, aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and medical devices, this impact tester also serves research institutions and universities, making it versatile for various industries.
Measuring how materials perform under sudden, dynamic loads is essential for understanding their durability, and this pendulum impact tester is built to provide accurate insights. Equipped with fully automated functions for pendulum release, impact, and reset, it ensures smooth and efficient testing. Both the dial and computer interface display real-time data, allowing results such as impact energy absorption and toughness to be printed either in batches or individually. Capable of handling up to 300J of impact energy, the system also comes with a 150J pendulum hammer. Precision is ensured with the integration of a Siemens PLC control system.
