The main body of the volute dewatering press is a filter device composed of a fixed ring and a moving ring overlapping each other and a spiral shaft running through it. The front part is a concentration device and the rear part is the dehydrating device.
The gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring and the pitch of the screw shaft are gradually getting smaller from the concentration device to the dehydrating device.
The rotation of the screw shaft not only pushes the sludge from the concentration device to the dehydrating device, but also drives the moving ring to clean the filter seams preventing clogging.
Electric cabinet
The electric cabinet is automatically controlled, which can realize continuous unattended operation from sludge transportation, drug injection, concentration and dehydration to filter cake discharge, reducing the labor costs.
