Set 1 is a radius forming die with a built in spring-back compensation, and is designed to form specific shapes with the highest precision.

Die set 2 is used for forming a large radius in multiple hits. This radius forming die may also be used to form a radius at the edge of the sheets prior to a rolling operation.

The die set 3 is designed to form a radius where an outside flange is formed in one hit due to the low material spring back.

Set 4 and set 5 feature gooseneck style radii punches. Set 4 is used for forming a radius with a performed return flange. Die set 5 is designed to form a sheet curl and a 200° radius in two hits.
