Enhanced Antifouling Property
The new generation of MLD antifouling PVDF hollow fiber membrane has been thoroughly improved in the aspect of antifouling property by adopting completely new techniques from membrane manufacturing to microstructure changing, thereby leading to declined membrane fouling while significantly increasing flux.
High Mechanical Strength, No Fiber Breakage
Constructed with reinforced structure, the membrane fiber has increased elongation at break of over 200N, efficiently preventing membrane fiber from breaking.
High Quality Effluent
The average pore size is approximately 0.1μm and the preferable distribution allows for efficient removal of suspended solids, bacteria, colloids, viruses and other contaminants, thus providing high quality effluent.
Higher Membrane Hydrophilicity, Easy To Clean
Based on exclusive hydrophilic modification technique, the membrane group is featured by permanent hydrophilicity, which greatly increases antifouling, reduces cleaning cycles and prolongs the service life of membranes.
