- Step 1Precision loading
Secure the screen onto the fixture, ensuring proper alignment between the screen edges and the heating module.
- Step 2Intelligent heating
Activate the heating system to evenly soften the adhesive layer between the screen and the device.
- Step 3Stable vacuum hold-down
Initiate vacuum suction to establish negative pressure. Once suction force reaches the required threshold, the screen is automatically locked in place.
- Step 4Damage-free separation
A robotic arm lifts the screen at a controlled speed, assisted by a micro-vibration feedback system to prevent cracking or breakage.
- Step 5Efficient unloading
The separated screen and device body are transferred to anti-static trays for safe handling and next-step processing.
