Our automatic palletizer is a high-level, highly automated system designed to efficiently stack bagged products. This palletizing system transfers bags via a conveyor to the high-level bag grouping unit, where they are grouped and arranged according to preset specifications. The bags are then stacked in layers on stable, secure and geometrically perfect pallets ensuring an excellent result: the bags are not damaged, the layers are balanced and pressed. Automatic bag palletizers are typically used as end-of-line equipment, with its benefits including increased production efficiency and transfer capacity of the packaging line, improved safety, and reduced labor costs.

Depending on the bag dimensions, the palletizing system can be customized to meet the specific needs of a variety of industries and accommodate various palletizing patterns as required, such as 5 bags per layer, 8 layers or 6 bags per layer, 7 layers, among others (see the diagrams below).
The bag pushing and layering device pushes the grouped bags onto the layering unit, where each layer of bags is shaped using the top compression device and surrounding side panels, ensuring accurate alignment and stability.
Driven by a servo motor, the bag turning device ensures precise bag positioning, offering smooth operation, low noise, and minimizing the risk of damage.
The touchscreen control system allows for flexible configuration of palletizing patterns. It provides full monitoring of system performance with features such as automatic fault display and troubleshooting suggestions, ensuring ease of operation and quick response to any issues.
The empty pallet magazine uses two sets of pneumatic devices to release pallets accurately. The chain conveyor delivers the empty pallets smoothly and efficiently to the palletizing position. The magazine can hold 10-15 pallets, ensuring a steady supply for continuous operation.
