- High-efficiency cooling and temperature control The laser chiller rapidly absorbs the heat generated by laser equipment through a closed-loop refrigeration system, ensuring stable operating temperatures. For example, during laser cutting or welding, temperature control accuracy can reach ±0.1°C, preventing beam quality degradation caused by temperature fluctuations.
Using compressor-based refrigerant circulation technology such as scroll compressors, it delivers high cooling efficiency with low energy consumption. - Precise adaptation to different laser types Custom cooling solutions are available for CO₂ laser tubes, semiconductor lasers, fiber lasers, ultraviolet lasers, and more, meeting the specific cooling requirements of different power levels and wavelengths.
- Eco-friendly and energy-saving Environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R407C, R410A, and R134a are used, ensuring zero pollutant emissions. Integrated heat recovery technology helps reduce overall energy consumption.
Certain models support modular design, allowing multiple units to operate in parallel for flexible load matching. - Compact structure and durability Compact design allows for both indoor and outdoor installation, saving valuable space.
Key components such as evaporators and water pumps are made of stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. - Smart protection system and easy operation Equipped with flow alarms, over-temperature as well as leakage protection to ensure safe operation. Supports PLC or microcomputer control for remote monitoring and fault self-diagnosis.
