Oil chillers provide specialized cooling for the lubricating and hydraulic systems essential to various machine tools. They are widely used in precision machinery such as CNC machine tools, coordinate boring machines, grinders, machining centers, and modular machines to cool spindle lubricant and hydraulic power unit oil.
By maintaining the oil temperature at or below ambient levels, our chillers effectively minimize thermal deformation in the machine tool structure. This results in improved machining accuracy, smoother operation, and more consistent performance—even during extended production cycles.
Our oil chillers deliver efficient and reliable cooling by leveraging the inherent advantages of oil as a heat transfer fluid. They are engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern industrial equipment, ensuring enhanced process stability and prolonged machine service life.
- High-precision temperature control and stability The oil chiller keeps oil temperature within a set range, generally 10-30°C with a tolerance of ±1-2°C, effectively reducing thermal deformation in machine tools and improving machining accuracy. Equipped with a PID intelligent temperature control system, it allows the oil temperature to be adjusted in sync with the ambient temperature, preventing mechanical components from warping due to temperature differences.
- Energy-saving and environment friendly Uses eco-friendly refrigerants such as R407C, R410A, or R134a, ensuring zero pollutant emissions while maintaining efficient cooling performance.
- Durability and safety Key components, including stainless steel pumps and fin-type condensers, are made from corrosion-resistant materials for long service life. Multiple built-in protection functions such as phase-loss alarms, over-temperature protection, and leakage protection, ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Adaptability and flexibility Customizable to fit CNC machine tools, hydraulic presses, grinders, and other equipment. Supports parallel operation of multiple units for flexible load matching. The immersive oil cooling design prevents contamination from metal chips, making maintenance simple and straightforward.
