Description
The folding and gluing line’s 2000 type carton folder gluer features a maximum blank width of 950mm. The standard version includes two lower gluing units, one on the left and the other on the right, plus two upper electronic gluing system, one for hotmelt with one-gun and the other for cold flue with three guns.
This folding and gluing system is equipped with a feeder driven by an independent motor to process either one sheet or two sheets. Then it will accurately splice the two pieces thanks to the lateral squaring device. This makes it extremely suitable for the packaging of three-layer or five-layer large corrugated boards.
ApplicationThe G-FOLD 2000–AC without pre-folding section is for straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes and other box types.
