HFT-A Series (5kN-25kN)

The servo-hydraulic fatigue testing machine is designed for dynamic characterization of metallic, non-metallic, and composite materials, as well as structural components. It supports a wide range of fatigue and fracture mechanics tests, including high-cycle fatigue (HCF), low-cycle fatigue (LCF), and crack growth studies. The tester can generate multiple loading waveforms, such as sine, triangle, and trapezoid. With appropriate fixtures, the testing machine can perform tension-tension, compression-compression, and tension-compression loading modes. For advanced environmental simulation, the system can be equipped with high-temperature chambers, low-temperature chambers, salt-spray devices, or other corrosion environments to reproduce real-world service conditions.
