TST Series (50Nm-5000Nm)

The table-top torsion testing machines adopt a compact benchtop structure featuring a low-backlash precision planetary gearbox and an imported servo motor. This configuration offers quiet operation, high transmission efficiency, and a wide speed range, with maximum output speed reaching 15r/min (5400°/min), significantly reducing the duration of conventional torsion tests. In addition to standard torsional evaluation, the tester supports torsional residual strain testing, making it particularly suitable for university laboratories and teaching applications.

The torsion-angle measurement device uses a Swiss micrometer-scale indicator to achieve exceptional accuracy and responsiveness. The lightweight design improves specimen clamping efficiency, with angle resolution as fine as 0.001°, providing highly accurate and repeatable test results.
