Plastic Pellet Storage Silo
Request a Quote
The plastic pellet storage silo is used for storing finished pellets and supporting final packaging. Pellets are transferred from the hopper into the stainless steel storage tank by a high-pressure blower. When needed, material is discharged from the outlet for collection and packaging. The system is made up of a support frame, stainless steel tank body, turbine blower, and conveying pipelines. It is typically used together with a pelletizer and vibrating screen.
We offer a wide range of storage tank sizes, with customizable capacities from 300 kg to 5 tons, depending on customer requirements.

Features
- The storage tank and pneumatic feeding system are combined into one structure, saving space and making operation more convenient.
- A visible level window allows operators to check material levels at any time.
- The blower provides fast material transfer while maintaining relatively low power consumption and good heat dissipation.
- The tank is welded from thickened 201 stainless steel, offering strength and long service life.
- A noise-reduction design can be selected when quieter operation is required.
- All components are cut using CNC equipment, giving the structure a clean appearance and strong, reliable weld seams.
Our factory has over 30 sets of CNC lathes in the production of plastic processing equipment, such as feeding sawing machine, CNC gantry machining center, CNC screw milling machine, CNC deep-hole boring machine, and cylindrical grinder. Meanwhile, with the adoption of more technologies into plastic recycling, CAD/CAM continues to grow in importance. Thus during the whole manufacturing process, our experienced engineers and technicians utilize CAD/CAM engineering approaches to optimize the entire operation. This allows us to supply high quality plastic machinery with optimal performance.
