The cartoning machine uses a servo motor for precise position control. The PLC system maintains overall control of the entire carton making process. A high level of automation can be achieved. Imported motor drive controls the degree of rotation via the chain. A speed regulator keeps the speed of sprocket in check.
Due to reliable control, ease of adjustment, and intelligent operation, the cartoner can be widely used in beverage, beer, chemistry, food, and medicine industries, serving either as a stand-alone device or being integrated into an automatic production line.
