JDL four spindles gluing and baking all-in-one machine is ideal for NR series ferrite core inductor. Feeding by vibration tray, it glues inductors by 4 spindles simultaneously and then bakes them. PLC control system makes the operation simple and easy. High definition camera allows for real-time monitoring of gluing effect. Gluing nozzle is configurable based on different products to ensure uniform gluing. Baking time is flexible to adjust and functions of constant temperature, temperature compensation and over temperature alarm guarantees the product’s pass rate.
