- Impact and Deformation Resistance: Includes elastic resins (such as polyurethane-modified acrylic) to withstand light bending or vibration impacts without cracking.
- Submicron Particles: < 0.5μm particles to prevent printhead clogging.
- Fast Drying and Curing: UV-LED curing (1-3 seconds) or assisted hot air drying (60-80°C for 30 seconds), suitable for high-speed production lines (1-2 minutes per sheet).
- High Coverage: One layer of printing is sufficient to cover the glass substrate (e.g., black borders with L* values).
- Matte/Semi-Matte Finish: Reduces glare that could interfere with the driver’s line of sight while enhancing the overall appearance.
- Batch Consistency: Color consistency with a ΔE < 0.5 to ensure uniform color across multiple glass panels of the vehicle.
