The high-temperature glass single-color border printer is an industrial device designed specifically for printing single-color borders on glass surfaces, combining digital printing technology with high-temperature sintering processes. Its core function is to spray ceramic inks onto the edges or specified areas of glass using high-precision printheads, followed by high-temperature treatment (600-850℃) to bond the ink with the glass, forming a durable border.

    3. Edge uniformity control: Dynamically adjusts ink volume to avoid ink buildup or discontinuities at the glass edge caused by curvature or cutting burrs.
  • High-Temperature Sintering Integrated Process
    1. Integrated tempering furnace: Some models are connected to a tempering line to achieve a fully automated process from "printing-drying-sintering-tempering," with the border hardness reaching Mohs 7, providing excellent scratch resistance.

    1. High-speed printing mode: Utilizes a pattern inspection printing method or a scanning-type printing method, specializing in single-color printing (e.g., automotive black). Delivers exceptional performance in automotive glass, advertising glass, and other fields, with linear motor-driven printheads achieving speeds up to 40m/min, and a daily output of over 500m².
    2. Intelligent ink management: The closed-loop ink supply system continuously monitors ink viscosity and temperature, preventing sedimentation and clogging, minimizing downtime for maintenance.
