Mounted on 48 to 65-ton class excavators, the PL-2000L hydraulic rock drill splitter is engineered for large-scale hard rock excavation, providing a high-efficiency and eco-friendly alternative to traditional mining methods. By maximizing the carrier’s power and superior mobility, the excavator-mounted attachment adapts seamlessly to the most demanding outdoor environments.

The proprietary L-shaped triangular swing linkage ensures structural stability and durability, facilitating precision operation across all angles. Designed for field versatility, the drill splitter is easy to disassemble for transport and features a rear-mounted electrical and hydraulic configuration to streamline inspection and maintenance. Operations are managed via a high-reliability, multi-channel wireless remote control system for enhanced safety and precision.

Equipped with a 35kW hydraulic rock drill, the excavator drill splitter first executes precision drilling. This is followed by the P300 two-stage pressure-boosted splitter, which performs in-hole splitting to deliver highly efficient, non-explosive rock breaking.

Advantages
  • Operational Safety: The drill splitter operates within a controllable static hydraulic environment, eliminating the inherent risks associated with blasting or high-impact demolition and drilling equipment. This removes the need for complex and costly safety cordons or specialized security protocols.
  • Environmental Protection: During operation, the PL-2000 rock drill splitter produces no vibration, excessive noise, or dust. It can operate without disturbance in densely populated areas, indoor environments, or near precision equipment.
  • Cost Efficiency: The splitting process is completed within seconds and supports continuous operation. High efficiency combined with low operating and maintenance costs eliminates the need for safety measures typically required in blasting operations.
  • Precision: Unlike most traditional demolition methods and equipment, the rock drill splitter allows precise control of splitting direction, splitting shape, and required output size, ensuring high splitting accuracy.
  • Practicality: The PL-2000 rock drill splitter is simple to operate and requires only one operator. Maintenance is convenient, service life is long, and transportation is easy.
