99.999% Purity Nitrogen Generation System
LMFC Hydrogen purification is based on the reaction 2O₂ 2H₂ → 2H₂O. A catalyst promotes the reaction at controlled temperature, converting residual oxygen into H₂O to achieve oxygen removal. The process produces nitrogen with purity ≥99.999%. Two or more reactors operate alternately to support continuous gas production. This configuration suits applications with a nitrogen flow of less than 500Nm³/h and no strict requirements for hydrogen.
- Ultra-high nitrogen purity with maximum purity exceeding 99.9995%.
- Online monitoring and display of nitrogen purity, flow rate, and pressure.
- Stable nitrogen dew point performance down to ≤-70°C.
- Nitrogen capacity: 1-500Nm³/h
- Nitrogen purity: ≥99.999%
- Atmospheric dew point: ≤-70°C
LMFC Carbon purification is based on the reaction O₂ C → CO₂ or CO. High-activity carbon-based catalysts promote oxygen removal at controlled temperature. Residual oxygen reacts to form carbon dioxide or carbon monoxide, which is subsequently removed, producing nitrogen with purity of ≥99.999%. Two or more reactors operate alternately to ensure continuous nitrogen output. This configuration suits applications with a nitrogen flow of less than 500Nm³/h and no strict requirements for CO₂ or CO.
