Servo-driven flow packing machine for high-speed continuous packaging of various food and pharmaceutical products
SF-C series is a new-generation automatic horizontal flow wrapper developed independently by Songben, based on the SC series automatic flow wrapper. This horizontal flow wrapper incorporates internationally advanced multi-servo control technology and can automatically perform tube film forming, bag making, wrapping, sealing, and cutting. It is ideal for high-speed, continuous packaging of fixed-shape products, whether as single pieces or multiple pieces per pack.
This horizontal flow wrapping machine can be used for packaging regular solid products, as well as products requiring nitrogen filling or alcohol spraying, such as:
- Instant noodles
- Pastry
- Small biscuits
- Breads
- Pharmaceutical products
- Equipped with single or multiple servo motors, which significantly simplifies the traditional mechanical transmission structure, providing stable and reliable operation, while enhancing control accuracy, speed range, and overall system. The servo motors ensure precise control of bag forming, cutting length, and sealing temperature, resulting in higher, more consistent packaging quality.
- PLC control system and a large full-color touch screen served as the control and drive core of the horizontal flow wrapper, enabling intelligent control of the entire process, including product feeding, film feeding, longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, and finished product discharge.
- Adopting dual-drive longitudinal sealing and advanced longitudinal hot sealing technology. The low-temperature sealing minimizes film scorching during both operation and resting, while ensuring reliable seals with smooth and aesthetically pleasing sealing patterns.
- Flexible packaging parameters for multiple products via the control panel. During operation, required parameters can be quickly set using the memory functions, enabling easy operation with minimal technical skills.
- Automatic monitoring function to diagnose faults occurring during operation and provide corresponding solutions. Remote monitoring can be added if required. By connecting to our company system via a remote monitoring module, users can achieve remote operation monitoring, fault diagnosis, and data transmission.
- Cantilever transmission structure provides a compact design, making operation, maintenance, and daily servicing easier and more convenient.
