Applications
SF-J horizontal flow wrapper is suitable for multipack packaging products and multi-row long-shaped products after individual wrapping, such as:
- Quick-frozen mantous, flower roll steamed buns, and steamed stuffed buns
- Rice cracker
- Multipack biscuits
Features
- Equipped with servo motors for more precise control, enabling stepless speed regulation and dynamic adjustment during operation
- Large-size touch screen panel for easy operation, with product configuration storage and recall, so product changeover can be completed by simply selecting the corresponding saved configuration
- Photoelectric detection with bidirectional tracking effectively eliminates packaging errors and reduces material waste
- New longitudinal hot sealing system, enabling sealing at low temperatures and preventing film scorching or damage during machine stoppage, significantly reducing the reject rate
- Adjustable bag former, with configurable long and short pitch settings for convenient product changeover
